北千住の路地裏に佇むケーキ屋さん。人気店で開店前から並んでます。
シンプルなショートケーキを食べましたが、イチゴがマルっと入ってるのはもちろん、生クリームの甘すぎない甘さ。なにより、雪解けのようなスポンジが最高。このケーキを500円代で出していることがすごい。
都内の中でおそらくno1コスパのショートケーキなのでは。。。
プリンもコシ？のあるプリンで程よい甘さ。
今日の教訓。
程よい甘さって美味しいケーキの必須条件。
