コロナ禍が少し落ち着いた頃に行ってきました
お店は木を基調としたお洒落な店内
壁にはワインボトルを飾ってあります
2階席もあるようで若い方に人気がありそうですね
カヴァを頂きながら食べ物を注文
この日、頂いたのは
『タパス盛り合わせ』
おすすめされたので注文
トルティージャ、ピスト、キノコのマリネ
ピストはオレガノ風味 トルティージャは小さくカットされていて… キノコのマリネにはバルサミコクリーム
味はいたって普通。 とりあえずのアテに。
『レバームース』
こちらは美味しいですね！
コクも甘みもしっかり、お酒のすすむ味わいです
この辺りでカヴァから飲み物を変更
ワインに力を入れてる様ですが、メニューにシェリーがあるではないですか！！
シェリー好きとしては見逃すわけなく注文
『マンサニージャ』
銘柄は？と聴くと、若いスタッフさんはあまり詳しく無い様子でしたので、すぐさま『あっ大丈夫です！』と、とりあえず飲む
…む ……むむむ。
これ、完全にマンサニージャじゃなくてフィノですねw
で、試しに連れが『フィノ』を注文
バッチリ、『マンサニージャ』が出てきましたw
う〜ん… モヤモヤしますねw
シェリーにも、もう少し力を入れて欲しい
気を取り直して料理を楽しむ
『生ハムのクロケッタ』
小さめサイズでしたが、5ケ入っていて割安感がありました。
ただあまりハムの風味は感じませんでした
手作り…でしょうか…⁈
『アルボンディガス』
肉団子のトマト煮でスペインの定番料理
……ですが
こちらのアルボンディガスは美味しくありませんでした
硬い肉団子、オレガノの風味しかしないトマトソースは嫌な苦味まで感じます
ちょっとコレは…シンプルに料理としてキツいです
『イカ墨のパエリア』
うん、普通に美味しいですね
肉団子の後だから少し心配でした
もう少しイカの風味がしっかり出るとより美味しく食べられるかな
総評
木を主体にした雰囲気の良い店で、スタッフも若く活気があり期待しましたが…
ワインの品揃えは良くボトルワインを飲まれる方は楽しめると思います
シェリーはダメですね。オロロソやアモンティリャードもギンギンに冷えていて香りも味わいもしませんからw
