どーも、最近カオマンガイにハマってる♪とんすけです！
ジャスミンライスが大好きで鶏肉が好き！生姜好き！パクチー大好き♪となると、タイ料理の「カオマンガイ」が全て揃うのです〜
ハマると毎日食べたくなるカオマンガイ。
仕事かえりにどうしても「カオマンガイ」が食べたくなりました。北千住にはありそうだ！と狙いを定め途中下車。駅ビルであるルミネの中にタイ料理店を発見したのでした。
今日は1月4日、ルミネはお客さんで大にぎわい。８階のレストラン街もすごい人出です。13時、どこの店もウエイティングの列。
目指すマンゴツリーさんも、店の前で10人ほど並んでいました。どうしてもカオマンガイが食べたいので、並ぶ。10分ほどで入店できました。
マンゴビアうまし
まずはシンハービールだ！と心に決めてたのに〜なぜかメニューに無い！なんで？切らしてしまったのかな？
ビールは国産かマンゴビアしかありません。
マンゴ？南国っぽいのでマンゴビアを注文。
これが正解。甘くて美味しい〜〜
おそらくビールにマンゴジュースを混ぜてあると思われる。つまりビールベースのカクテルですな。ビールとマンゴジュースは相性抜群と知る。
パクチーサラダ484円
大好きなパクチーサラダをつまみに美味しくマンゴビアいただきました。
マンゴツリーカフェのカオマンガイ
メインのカオマンガイは、店内が混んでいるからなのか？提供されるまで20分も待ちました〜
正月で大混雑だから仕方ないですかね〜
パクチーときゅうりの千切りが付け合わせ、鶏肉の上には生姜ソースが乗ってます。これぞ追い求めたカオマンガイだ！
ジャスミンライスが茶色くて〜鶏のだし汁が沁みてる！鶏肉はふわふわ柔らかい。
