六厘舎の初代店長が店主だとか
13時前に訪問で6名の並び
和服姿の女将さんが接客を担当
食券購入のタイミングなどを指示してくれます
店内に入るとカウンターのみ
目の前にお盆に配膳してくれるようで
全てが揃うまではお盆を触ってはいけません
とりほぐし温玉つけ麺をオーダー
麺の旨さに自信があるようで
塩での食し方も勧められます
麺は確かに美味しい
丁寧に洗われており、麺自体がキレイです
つけ汁はほぐしの影響もあるのか
塩味を結構強めに感じました
チャーシューは2種とも美味い
また再訪します
