大山鶏のつけめん(1100円)
「またおま」だけれどきれっきれ。スープの味わいも強く濃ゆい。麺もぶりりとしまり伝家の宝刀の綺麗な麺線が美しい。似たような味は多いけれど質の違いは言わずもがな。
次回は限定の夜鳴きそばをいただきに参ります。
