先日オープンしたスペインバルです。すでに何度か行きましたが、料理が旨いです。
色々注文してみましたが、全部美味しいです。ハズレは今のところありません。特にオススメはトルティージャ、エビのブロチェッタ(串焼き)、マッシュルームの鉄板焼き、ポルチーニのクリームクロケッタ、牛ホホ肉の煮込みの５点でしょうか。
トルティージャは具材が独特です。一般的にはポテトが入っていますが、ここのはマッシュルームやホウレンソウが入っています。お供えのアリオリがまた良い味でたまりません。
エビのブロチェッタはエビの串焼きですが、エビがプリプリで、パプリカのソースが秀逸。サンセバスチャンのバルで出されているのをイメージしているようですが、本家抜いてる可能性あります。
マッシュルームの鉄板焼きはマドリード に有名店がありますが、そこと張れます。
クロケッタは人生初の味でした。香りだけでビール飲めます。
牛ホホ肉の煮込みは季節によって変わるようですが、僕はポルチーニのクリーム煮でした。
これは無限にバケット食べれるレベルでした。
お酒について
今はキャンペーンのため、サービス価格でビールが飲めます。ヒューガルデン200円は驚きでした。日常でも生ビール500円(ハートランド)なので、これはこれで凄いと思います。
シェリーワイン(アンダルシアの白ワイン)が豊富で、26種確認できました。中身はレギュラーラインからちょとマニアックなものもあり、色々楽しめそうです。
