京成線・千住大橋駅南口から徒歩１分ほどのポンテポルタ千住は2014年4月オープンしたショッピングセンター。スーパーマーケット・大型家電量販店・ファッション・雑貨・レストラン・クリニック・認可保育所・大型屋内公園・貸菜園などバラエティ豊かに、周辺住民の生活利便とコミュニティ機能の充実を図っている。
その2Fにある炭火焼肉・韓国料理 KollaBo ポンテポルタ千住店は韓国本場の15有名専門店の様々な絶品料理が楽しめる店。韓国で多くの方々に長年愛されてきた老舗専門店の本物の伝統を味わえる。焼肉は50年の歴史を誇る大阪の"炭火焼肉 高麗屋"のA4/A5最高級黒毛和牛を提供。
平日の17時頃伺うと60席ある店内は空いている。1名と告げるとテーブル席に案内された。
実は先日とある店でビビン冷麺を食べたら辛くて甘いその独特な味にノックダウン。もしかしたら本場過ぎる味わいについて行けてないのかと思い調べて見る事にした。
ビビン冷麺は本場韓国では冷麺・ビビンバに並んで人気の高いメニュー。ビビンは｢かきまぜる｣という意味で、コシの強い麺を特製の甘辛たれに絡める。 トッピングはキムチ・鶏のささ身・きゅうり・ゆで卵などで、全て混ぜ合わせて食べるのが作法。
とある店のビビン冷麺を｢タレは例えるなら市販キムチの素を薄めて唐辛子と砂糖を大量に突っ込んだ感じ。｣と表したが、タレのレシピを調べると市販キムチの素を薄めて砂糖・ごま油を加えるというものがあったので、感想としては間違っていなかった。そんな訳で～こちらのお店でリベンジしてみたいと思う。

現在、韓国・中国・ニューヨークで70 店舗以上を展開している人気店・ハンチョンソロンタンの40年秘伝の甘辛いタレを使用。
10分ほどで提供。奇しくも前に食べた店と値段は同額だが、こちらはワカメ汁が付く。明らかに違うのがタレの量と牛肉の存在。タレを味わうと胡麻濃厚坦々麺のような胡麻ペースト・挽肉の旨味を感じる。辛い事は辛いが、旨味が勝つ。酢をかけると爽やかさが加わるのも美点。これなら人気も納得で、最後まで美味しく食べられた。
