とても魅力的な建築が気になっていたお店。
土日のランチ、やっと予約がとれて伺いました。
・自家製ジンジャエール(コース外)
微炭酸ですっきり。とても美味しい！
・小鉢
・鮎の塩焼きとトマトのカステラ
ふっくらした鮎が嬉しい
・スズキと野菜の揚げ浸し
程よく味がしみていて、身がふわっとして美味しかった
・白米、香の物、味噌汁
丸なすでしょうか？辛子漬けがとても好みでした
・デザート最中
食べ方に迷いましたが、どのパーツも美味しかった
全体的に斬新さはないものの、程よく整った美味しさという印象です。
このあたりでさっぱり落ち着いた和食はあまりないので、とても重宝しそうです。
程よくリノベーションされた内観もよかったです！
柱や梁、戸などはそのままに、壁床照明が整えられていました。
しっかり計算された照度具合が素敵で、夜に来たらどんな感じだろうとわくわくします。
