誕生日lunchで利用。
北千住駅のフリーペーパーで見つけてて、予約しようとしたら、希望日は埋まってたから、改めてリベンジで早め予約。
コース料理にお店お任せの日本酒ペアリングをつけて。
量を少なめもできると聞いたから抑える気でいたけど止められなかった。チョイスがよくて飲ませ上手な店員さん。
毎月変わるメニューを食べながら、酒を考えているらしい。初めてみる日本酒ばかりで楽しかった！
料理は、思った通り。美味しく優しい。
港町で育った味覚のせいか、魚のくさみや味が落ちてるのはわかるから、なかなか刺身は都内で美味しいところに出会えてない(寿司屋さん以外で)が、臭みも消し、魚の味も残ってて、新鮮という美味しさとは違う美味さを感じることができた
とにかく、どの料理も美味しくて、ゆったりとした気分で食べて飲んで、店員さんと気軽に話せて、楽しい幸せな午後になった。
家族の誕生日やお祝いごとに適した店かと
またリピート利用したい。
