Visited on Saturday afternoon. I booked a few weeks ago. 【Points】 ○ A shop that renovated an old folk house ○ Is there a lot of changed dinner use around here ○ Lunch also comes with Japan sake pairing ○ Overall, there is no big or impossible content ○ The service and atmosphere are good, but the cost performance is decent −− * Operation: Multiple people * Customer group: Various * Payment: Credit card accepted * Charge, service charge: 10% at night * Online reservation: Yes. One person allowed *Lunchtime business: Yes *Solo visit: possible *Google rating: 4.6 * Tabelog Current status assessment and impression: 3.29 Underestimated than actual situation 【restaurant Overview】 It is a shop that renovated an old private house. It is a building designated as a national registered cultural property. The name of the restaurant comes from the fact that it was originally the home of a man named Mr. Itagaki. In this area, it seems to be a restaurant that seems to be used for proper dinner parties such as celebrations and memorial services. It seems that the head chef trained at a long-established restaurant in Kyoto. The Kanmi-Dokoro (cafe featuring Japanese-style sweets) and community spaces in the vicinity seem to be in the same group, and they seem to be corporate stores. It is a short walk from the station. It is located on the back side of Marui Kitasenju, facing a residential area, near the shopping street. 【Atmosphere and Service】 There are first and second floors, and the counter seats are on the first floor. The stairs on the second floor, where the restroom is located, are quite steep. Is the restroom outside? It seemed to be there. The spacing between the seats at the counter is wide and comfortable. Because it is an old folk house, it makes you feel at home. The only thing I wanted was a chair with a backrest. The other seats are private rooms and can accommodate a large number of people. There are many clerks, and we have a generous staffing system. It even works together with earphones and microphones, and there is an atmosphere that makes it feel like you are being monitored a little. I felt that it was a bit of a mismatch with the old house, but I couldn't help it. In fact, the operation is pretty good. The customers at the counter talked to me and were warm. 【Order details and cost-effective】 I had reserved a course with Japan sake pairing for 8,800 yen. As a breakdown, 5,500 yen is the course and 3,300 yen is the pairing. The contents are as follows. ● Seven Sages Sparring ○ Grilled mackerel, dried scallops, Japanese dishes with udon and red konjac ● Fudo ○ Mushroom tofu ○ Sashimi with bonito ● Minami hiyaoroshi ○ Steamed tuna with sake ○ Karasugarei Yuan grilled chestnuts Autumn leaf noodles ● Rice sake ○ Iyo Bijin eel bun ○ Autumn salmon roe rice set ○ Grape jelly and persimmon The volume of the dish is in a form that fills you up with the last rice, and the cost performance is reasonable considering the number of items and location. The pairing liquor is about 60 to 90 millimeters per brand. It's an added value, it's a little expensive. Even so, it was lunch and it was a short time, so I felt like I was able to drink well and I was tipsy. In any case, it was a price that I thought would be quite expensive for the maintenance of an old house. 【Impressions】 It has a kappo-like atmosphere. The seasoning is gentle and just right. I think there were some new dishes. The first Japan sake, Shichiken's sparring, is very easy to drink and delicious, and the grip is perfect for the first drink. The crispy udon that comes first, the texture of pine nuts and red konjac, and the flavor of mackerel and scallops go well with the two aspects of the delightful dish. The alcohol is a little strong in terms of compatibility with the food, so I thought it would be better to change it to the last rice wine. I think the mushroom tofu was kneaded with mushrooms. The broth is also delicious. The bonito from Hokkaido is not good to lay down, and there is a part where I felt a little smell. Next is the southern hiyaoroshi. Although it is umami-based, it also has an easy-to-drink aroma, making it a standard pairing. Are you sure that the sake steaming of the tuna is miso koji? is on top, which makes up for the umami. The flesh has a soft finish. Karasugarei's grilled yuan is moderately fatty. You can feel the season in chestnuts and autumn leaves. The last sake is rice wine. I think it's probably the last in terms of impact, but I want to drink this sake quickly at the beginning in terms of taste. If you reach this period, you will feel unsatisfied. The dish is a bun made of taro called Iyo Bijin, with a little eel. It has a sticky and chewy texture and a smooth mouthfeel. It was fragrant and very tasty taro. The salmon roe rice at the end was just rice cooked in a clay pot with salmon and salmon roe, and I felt that the ingredients floated somewhat in terms of taste. If this is the case, I feel that it would be better to have salmon and salmon roe on a separate plate as a side dish for white rice. Naturally, it is mixed at the end, so it is a little hard so as not to be crushed、、、 Rice will be the last dish, so I want you to decide firmly without losing your mind. And because of the living creatures, you can't take them home. I did my best to get three bowls of tea, but of course I ended up crying. Maybe I can't cook rice well for one person, but I did a little. And how much should I have put in the clay pot rice and not mix it in the first place? I thought from beginning to end. I think cooked rice centered on salmon is more satisfying. The last dessert was a terrine with two kinds of grapes. It was refreshing to pair with yogurt, and although there were some regrettable parts, I think the overall taste, composition, and content were bland. It seems that the main use is for dinners with neighbors, so I think everything is just right in terms of price. On the other hand, for normal meal purposes, especially dinner, the course seems to exceed 10,000 yen, which is reasonable for a Japanese-style meal, but I felt that it was somewhat difficult. I think it's good if you go to enjoy the atmosphere of an old folk house.
