北千住の西口を出て南側に広がるときわ通り（通称：飲み横）にあるカレー屋さんです。同じく北千住にあるタンブリンカレ＆バー、ビリヤニ食堂は系列店です。日曜日のランチで訪問しました。
店内はカウンターのみの小さなバーのような雰囲気です。打ちっぱなしの壁がオシャレ。注文したのはお店の名前を冠したデビルカレー（極辛口）とインドカレー（辛口）にしました。
〇デビルカレー（極辛口）（1550円）
注文してから5分程でカウンター越しに配膳。具は大きな豚の角煮とジャガイモのみとシンプル。表面に掛けられてるのはレッドペッパーかな。いかにも辛そうです。
早速食べてみると、極辛口というからに流石に辛い。でもアチャールやライスで口を冷ましながら食べれば十分耐えられるレベル。カレーはコリアンダーの爽やかな風味が特徴の美味しいカレーでした。角煮もホロホロで美味しい。
〇インドカレー（辛口）（1350円）
チキンが2個とナス、大根など野菜がたくさん入ったカレーです。パクチーが乗せられていてしっかりしたカレーの旨味に爽やかさのアクセントになっていて、こちらも美味しいカレーでした。
北千住に新たな風を吹き込んでいるこちらのお店を含む系列3店。そのうちまだ行ったことがないビリヤニ食堂にも行ってみたいですね。
