北千住乗り換えの際、下車してお昼ごはん『北千住煮干中華蕎麦 かれん』に初訪店しました。
14時前だったせいか待ちは無く、すんなり入店出来ました。
結構前に姉妹店『亀戸煮干中華蕎麦 つきひ』に行ってます。
美味しかった印象なので期待値は上がります。
オーダーしたのは
•特製濃厚煮干中華蕎麦 1,250円
•ライス 100円
スープは煮干好きなら納得かと、濃いけどひつこく無い味です。
魚魚過ぎても嫌なんですが、雑味を削ぎ落とした煮干スープ。
スープの量は少ないのですが、麺との絡みには不満無しです。
この細麺とよく絡む、チャーシューは鶏と豚の2種類。
どちらもしっとり、しっかり味が出てます。
具材にも抜かりは無いです。
ごはん物は乗っけメシをいつもはオーダーしますが今回はライス、白いごはん。
何も乗ってなくてもスープが美味しいので大満足でした。
次回は追加の和え麺や限定メニューに挑戦したいです。
