今日は北千住で遅めのランチ。
検索すると、
美味しい煮干しラーメンが2軒。
迷ったがGoogleの点数が高いこちらのお店に伺いました。
待ちなしで入れ、濃厚煮干しとノーマル迷いましたが、まずはノーマルの煮干しを。
煮干しはだいたい細麺なので、
出来上がりも早いですよね。
5分ほどで到着です。
一口目ちょっとしょっぱめかなーと思いましたが、飲むほどに馴染みます。
具材は
鳥チャーシュー2枚
豚肩ロース？2枚
ネギ、玉ねぎ、のり、卵。
スープがめっちゃ美味しい。
呑み干したくなる煮干しスープです。
全部飲みました(^◇^;)
美味しい美味しい煮干しラーメンでした。
