北千住のラーメン店さん。
飲み屋やキャバクラがあるわちゃわちゃした場所の一画。
夜の訪問21時半
お店は混んでいます。
券売機にて、
特製煮干し中華1150円を購入。
カウンターに着席。
提供されたラーメンは適温な感じ。
深めの煮干し出汁にパツパツ低加水麺の、
王道なニボラーって感じがします。
具材は味玉・のり・鳥チャーシュー・豚チャーシューに玉ねぎとネギ。
この玉ねぎが最高に美味しい。
スープがやや少なめなのがちょい残念。
卓上には煮干し酢と一味。
一味がフレッシュで◯。
量があまり多くないので呑みの〆にもいいかも。
安定した煮干し中華そばを食べられます。
