Today I came for Okinawan Cuisine. After all, Awamori is the best choice for Okinawan Cuisine, and there are many types, but I ordered Zanpa Shiro. The mozuku chili oil arrived, and although I have never had the taste of mozuku chili oil before, it was spicy and perfect as a snack. Next is marinated carrots, which is typical of Okinawa and is tossed with canned tuna, making it a perfect snack. Next, I chose Fu Champuru, which I was very happy about since there are many dishes in Okinawa that use wheat gluten, but it's hard to find in Tokyo. After all, Meat Dishes in Okinawa is not steak, but Steak, and it has four pieces of tenderly stewed pork belly, making it very filling. Lastly, I will have Tempura with sauce that I really wanted to try. Orion draft beer is the standard beer in Okinawa, but I tried Orion Premium, which is a little rare, and it tasted high-class and not typical of Okinawa, but I thought it would be worth it at least once.
