A restaurant where you can enjoy high-quality offal and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) with a focus on quality. The restaurant is famous for its tsubo menu, in which fresh offal and meat are slowly marinated in a special secret sauce. Prices are also reasonable, with single menu items starting from 580 yen. It is operated by Hormone Yakiniku (Grilled meat) En, directly managed by a meat wholesaler, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Nikichi, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) & Wine Niku En, Vejiru Bouquet, Yakiton Daioh (Red Motsu Daioh), and Asian Cuisine Reunion, which are located in Itabashi Ward [a: https:/ /www.ensyouji.co.jp/, Ensyouji Co., Ltd.]. To find the location, walk along Ekimae Dori from the west exit towards National Route 4 (Nikko Kaido) and turn left at the road between Family Mart and Katsuya. It's located a little beyond the popular Ramen shop [a:13275300, Kitasenju Niboshi Chinese Soba Karen]. It used to be a Seafood Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where a proprietress named [a:https://tabelog.com/tokyo/A1324/A132402/13023292/, Senryo] would come and decide on orders, but it has now closed. This will open on April 27, 2023. If you go around 1pm on a weekend, there's a long line for Karen, the dried sardine Ramen that inspired Karen Araragi, Koyomi Araragi's older sister and a third-year student at Tsugagi Junior High School. On the other hand, at En, there is one person in front of the store to attract customers, but the inside of the store is empty. When I told them there was only one person, they said, ``Please take the seat of your choice.'' There seem to be about 50 seats on the 1st and 2nd floors, and although the frontage is narrow, it's quite a large space. Looking at the drink menu, the prices are high at 638 yen for draft beer (medium) and 429 yen for black Nikka highball. Shochu bottles start at 2,200 yen, so if you want to drink a large amount, this is the place to go. I thought it was a fancy type with a small tax-included price written on it, but the food menu was a no-good one with "+tax" written on it. There was a lunch menu in Tabelog official information, but when I asked about it, I was told that there was no such thing. I have no choice but to eat hormones and Cold Noodles. *Green onion salt 580 yen A popular product that our store is proud of. The green onion sauce is served on a separate small plate. It's what we call pork tongue, but it's cut into long, thin pieces and has some marbling, making it of a high quality. There was green onion sauce on the meat that was said to be served on a separate plate, and even though it was written as + tax, when I paid the bill, it said it included tax. Which one? . * Cold Noodles 880 Cold Noodles Char siu, cucumber, and half-boiled egg on top of cold noodles. It has more ingredients and is cheaper than Cold Noodles at [a:13267376, Kanpai Cafeterias] in the Senju Honcho shopping district. The taste is normal. When I checked the bill, there was no +tax included. Is it a lunch special or an opening commemoration? . The pork tongue I ate for 580 yen was extremely satisfying.
