今や住みやすい街ランキングでも上位に上げる街となった北千住。
昔からよく飲み歩いてた街ではあるけれど、仕事の帰り道同僚たちでお腹空いたときうことで飲みに来た。
いわゆる飲み屋街の方ではなく、大学のある方の地域。
牛タンを中心とした居酒屋。べこたん。
過去に蒲田で行って良かったので、きてみた！
タンだけではなく、気の利いたアテも豊富。
それにレモンサワーがとにかく飲みたくなるお店。
赤べこがそこら中にある可愛らしさ。
明るく清潔感のある店内で楽しんできた。

オススメの欄はしっかり牛タンメニュー。
ストレートに味わうものから手の加えた凝った物まで。
たたきはしっとりとして、噛むとじゅわーっと脂が溢れてくるよう。
専門店ならでは、牛タンのいいところがでている。
一番はダントツで焼いたもの。
本当美味しすぎて感動。
ランクは色々あるけれど、せっかくなので、一番いいものを食べて極上の味を感じたい。
個人的な好みで言うと磯部焼き。
とろろを焼いたものとタレと海苔の相性が抜群。
これだけで、どんどんお酒が飲めてしまう、、、
ミンチ状にすると食べごたえも生まれる。
タンシチューも本格派の養殖。
濃厚だけど、優しい。
ほろっと崩れるタンも扱いがうまい証拠。
しめはとろろ御飯。
これも牛タンとの相性は抜群。
さらにそぼろが加わるからどんどん食欲が増してしまう旨さ。
気軽に使えるお店だけど、クオリティが高く、なにより牛タンて本当美味しい、、
気持ち良い接客もあり、カウンターの1人飲みもしている人もいて帰り道に通いたくなる好きないお店になった。
