I made a reservation for a Saturday night at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Kitasenju that mainly serves Cow tongue. ☆Bekotan★Extreme luxury course (3300 yen/all-you-can-drink included) First, toast with draft beer! Kinkin Beer on Saturday night is the best (^^ ・Salted cabbage, raw cabbage. ・Bekotan potato salad: Potato salad with something like corned beef on top. Delicious♪ ・Tonsuji wasabi: Chewy tongue topped with wasabi tsukudani. Delicious. It's so good that the wasabi hits your nose ♪ I drank about 3 draft beers and replaced them with umeboshi sours.I feel like I've been drinking this all lately.・The cross section of the grilled and marbled Cow tongue is beautiful! Rarely grilled tongue It's fragrant and very delicious!!! - Melting boiled tongue. Soft boiled tongue. It's so delicious. - Secret fried chicken. I came here and suddenly fried the chicken. Even though I had made a reservation for 3 people, I was guided to a Gokusema table for 2 people. I was asked to look at the smartphone screen where I had made the reservation. I asked them to confirm that I had made a reservation. A male clerk who seemed to be a part-time worker and a person who seemed to be the owner waited in the back for a while. When I looked around, it was full, so there was nothing I could do, but there was only one chair for two seats. But then, after about 10 minutes, the 4-person table directly behind us became empty.I thought they were taking in a group of 3 people who came later without reservations...
