本日は北千住駅からすぐの位置ある餃子と九州料理が堪能できるお店 餃子と九州うまかもん 伍えんさんに訪問しました♪
店内は活気があり雰囲気がよくデートにもピッタリでした♪
なんといっても最初に飲む一杯目のドリンクが５円というのがサラーリマンには嬉しい報告〜〜！！
◼︎じっくり煮込んだ牛骨スープ
濃厚な牛骨スープはお酒との相性は抜群でスタートからスイッチが入る一品♪ごまとネギのアクセントがまた良かったです。
◼︎カボス胡椒の味卵
初のカボス胡椒は想像よりも卵との味の調和が整っていて不思議な味覚でした！！一言言えるのは美味すぎるということ！これは癖になる味でした♪
◼︎こだわりのポテトフライ
もちもちと弾力のあるポテトは外はカリッと中は噛み応えがあり特製の明太子ソースを絡めて頂くのが癖になりました！エイヒレも添えてありまさにお酒のつまみにピッタリですね♪
◼︎羽付き博多餃子
見事に円を描いた餃子は見事な一品。
パリッとした羽は癖になる味！！これは絶対頼みたい一品でした！
◼︎鯛のりゅうきゅう
特製のタレに染み込まれた鯛と卵の黄身が融合して破壊力が高すぎる一品！！これもまたお酒に合う合う！！たまらない一品！
◼︎宮崎県 チキン南蛮
パリッとした衣とタルタルソースと絡めて食べるのがまさに美味しいの一言！！鉄板の一品でした！！
◼︎〆の一口ラーメン
豚骨のスープに明太子とニンニクなどを入れてお酒を飲んだ〆には最高な一品！これは酒飲みには絶対に頼みたい一品でした♪
お店の雰囲気はよく店員さんと爽やかでとても良い空間でした♪ここはおすすめしたい居酒屋屋さん！！また行きたいお店です♪
