北千住にある炭火焼鳥のお店「激太鳥」に訪問しました。焼き鳥がメインのお店で、コスパの良さに惹かれてやってきました。
最初に注文したのは「明太子チーズチヂミ」です。チーズがとろりと溶けて、明太子の風味がアクセントになっていました。またモチモチ感がたまりません。
続いて、焼き鳥を注文しました。どの串も肉肉しく、炭火の香りが食欲をそそります。特に「しいたけ焼き」は、しいたけの旨味が凝縮されていて、とても美味しかったです。
また、「手羽先」は、外はカリッと、中は手羽先のうまみがたまりません。
さらに、「牛にんにく」は、にんにくの風味が効いていて、食欲誘います。
最後は、「激太り大玉つくねアイス」。デザートと見せかけて、これはつくねと卵黄です。アイスではありません。とても面白い創作料理でボリューム満点のつくねもおいしかったです。
「抹茶アイス」は、抹茶の風味がしっかりとしていて、さっぱりとした味わいでした。
全体的に、どのメニューも美味しく、コスパも良くて、とても満足のいくランチでした。またぜひ利用したいです。ごちそうさまでした。
