2名で訪問。昼飲み目的で。
ホルモン・焼肉となると豚肉や鶏肉も扱っているお店が多い中、牛肉のみを取り扱っておりその点だけでも好感が持てます。
またお肉の質もこだわりを感じるもので非常にレベルが高いと感じました。
おすすめのものを選んでいればハズレはないでしょう。
特に特上レバー、コブクロは素晴らしかった。
またお品書きにはあるものの、鮮度・質に自信が持てないものは出さない、という姿勢も良いと思います。
基本的に塩かタレを選べるのですが次回お伺いすることがあれば塩もタレもなしで肉だけでいただきたいところ。
