ざくっとしたお蕎麦が好きなのでやぎ和さんのお蕎麦は好み。
以前暑い中我孫子のお蕎麦屋さんでご夫婦二人で回転率があまりよくなくかなり待ったけど、食べ応えあるお蕎麦という点では共通点あり。
やぎ和のお蕎麦は過度に待ちもないしサービス雰囲気もよいため、行きやすいのでありがたい！
一階の入り口には商中という看板があるので一瞬入れない？と思ってしまうほど入り口の中央に置いてある(^｡^)
一階は石臼挽きのドア。
階段を二階に上がるところから一階の雰囲気が旅館のように素敵。
階段にはお花が飾ってありきっと心豊かになれるお蕎麦が食べれそうと期待大になる。
接客もとても心地よい。
お蕎麦も割とすぐ運ばれてくる。
全て手際が良い感じ。
店内の木が贅沢な一枚板が使われている。
内側は凝ってるね。テーブルも重厚感あり！
ただ昔の木のお家の匂いなのか入ってすぐなんか気になった。私だけかもしれないけれど…。
平日の13時過ぎ頃は空いていたのでよかった。テーブルが空いているかと思いきやいいペースでこの時間でもお客様は入店してくる。
今度は他のメニューも頂いてみたい。
