妻と2人でランチに利用。
色々食べ歩いてきたが、最近原点に戻り大好物の蕎麦の割合が多くなってきた。
お店は亀有の駅から7分ほど歩いた街道沿いにあり、老舗の雰囲気を醸し出す外観に、店内は1階が打場2階が客席となっており、雰囲気のある階段を上がるだけでもテンションが高まる。
祝日の昼前に到着したが、丁度座敷が1卓空いており並ばずに入店。
妻が天せいろ、自分が細打ち、太打ちを合せた夫婦せいろを注文した。
先ず、美味しい。
天ぷらはカラッと揚がっており、種はどれも肉厚で脂がしっかり馴染んだ絶妙な天ぷら。
蕎麦もモチロンしっかり水が切れて汁がよく馴染む蕎麦。細打ちは蕎麦の喉越し、太打ちはしっかりしたコシと蕎麦の香りが楽しめ我ながら良いチョイス。
値段も手頃でここは必ず再訪したいお店。オススメです。
