ここの大将は、私が住んでいた稲城市で修業し、
その後銀座の有名店にいて、
現在のお花茶屋で自分の店を持った方です。
私が住んでいた場所から歩いて５分のところの寿司屋さんにいたということで
やたらそ親近感が生まれてしまいました。
さて、ここの大将のつける寿司ですが、
伝統を守りながらも新作と言って良いものばかりです。
実際、寿司の職人さんが見る寿司の本などにも
大将が考案した寿司が多数掲載されています。
最近では、メディアへの露出も多く、
テレビや雑誌に多数紹介されています。
ちなみに、ここの大将・・・
無類のゴルフ好きなので・・・
ゴルフのネタを振るのは・・・
やめといたほうがいいかも・・・
話しに夢中になりすぎてなんにもつくってくれなくなります 笑
一度なんか、
スイングを教えてくれたんですが、
カウンター越しにクラブに見立てた柳刃包丁を振り回されて大変でした・・・笑
１Fカウンターは数人しか入れませんが、
２Fにも部屋があるので、
宴会とかもできそうでした。
お花茶屋にきたら、
