立石のお蕎麦屋さん。
めちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。
量少ないけど、それでもいいと思えるクオリティ。
美味すぎて2杯食べました。
つけ蕎麦はやっぱ麺が柔らかくなるので、ぶっかけがおすすめ。
茶会や手打ち蕎麦きょうしつもやってるらしいです。こんな美味い蕎麦つくれるならぜひ行きたい。
