この日は両親とあの「こち亀」にも登場する地元で評判の老舗うな重を頂きに"川亀"さんへ
同店は味・鮮度・本物（国産）にこだわり、愛知県 (西三河)、鹿児島県、静岡県 (吉田・舞阪)からその日一番味の良いうなぎを厳選して使用していて、おいしい“江戸前うなぎ”を提供して41周年を迎える老舗のうなぎ専門店さんです♂️
・毎日継ぎ足し、継ぎ足しで守ってきた秘伝のタレ
・うなぎの旨味を引き立てるため、白焼きをしてから蒸し、タレをつけて再度焼く。
・タレは甘味を抑え、あっさりと仕上げるのが、江戸前うなぎの伝統
・焼きたてを召し上がって頂く為、焼き置きを一切していない
上記が特徴で時間と手間を惜しまず、たくさん愛情が込められた料理を高コスパで頂けます！
とある日曜の12時00分。予約時間ちょうどに到着するとテーブル席に案内頂きました♀️
事前予約でオーダーしたうな重横綱が3分程で到着！
蓋を開けると、お米が見えないほど鰻がお重に収まってます程良く脂が落ちて、絶妙な焼きによる香ばしさとふっくら柔らかい鰻の旨みと甘みが一気に口内を駆け巡ります
タレが結構かかって見えますが、甘すぎず醤油もたってあっさりとしたタレで鰻の脂と共に染み込んだご飯もめちゃおいしいです！
山椒をかけると爽やかな香りと旨みが引き立てられて本当おいしい！鰻に埋め尽くされたご飯も結構ボリュームがありました！
肝吸いではありませんでしたが、漬物と一緒に提供頂いた肝煮もおいしすぎました
車で行ったのでビールは我慢しましたが、両親は飲んでました
こち亀にも登場した下町老舗の人気店はボリューム・旨さに加えて高コスパも兼ね備えた
絶品うな重でした！次はビールと一緒に頂きます☺️
