うなぎ大きすぎて‥
前回いちばん下(国産ブランド7700円)
だったので奮発して今回は下から2番目(11000円)
前回と全く同じ席。
訪問時間も日曜の開店時間といっしょだったので
やはりと思った。
相変わらずすぐ隣には佐々木希のサイン
(隣のダンナは要らんけど)
まずは定番の骨せんべいと肝。
肝は苦手だが前回より大きくて食いにくい‥。
このデカい肝のうなぎなら大きいだろうな‥。
きっかり入店から30分後に到着。
おお!見た目いいね(嬉)
ただ食ってみると
デカすぎて食いにくい(笑)
更に前回感じなかった分厚さもあり
(分厚くても中国産みたいな事にはもちろんなってないが)
ほぼ半分が二重になってるので
ご飯が足りない(笑)
安定して食えるようになったのは
半分片付けてから‥
こりゃちょっと‥前回の方が良かった。
ただデカくなってご飯や器は変わらずか‥
もうひと工夫欲しいな。
まぁ私にはいちばん安いのが
分相応ということか(笑)
もう次回予約したけど
いちばん下に戻した(笑)

今日が取れるようになるまで待って
即ポチで予約取れました
‥いちばん安い単品が7700円‥
だけど異常なほどの高評価
最近もかなり高評価のうなぎ屋さん行って
がっかりさせられたところなので‥
いまだにココだけは間違いない!という鰻屋さんに
巡り合ってないので‥
直前に情報集めてたら
事前に予約してるのに(完全予約制)
入ってから出てくるまで1時間10分かかったという声も‥(困)
しかし実際に行ったらそんなことはなく
30分で出てきました(嬉)
肝心の味は‥
めっちゃ美味い!
鰻本体が舌を火傷しそうなほど
アツアツの鰻って初めて(爆)
焼き方も香りが凄くて
知らずに食べても一瞬で炭焼きと分かる!
タレもご飯への滲み方も絶妙。
大満足(嬉)ごちそうさまでした!
間違いなく現時点では生涯最高の鰻。

Up until now, we have been accepting reservations over the phone, but during business hours, priority is given to customers visiting the store, so it is difficult to answer the phone, and calls for reservations are so concentrated that we often cannot get through. Last time I tried the second eel from the bottom, it was so big that it was hard to eat. I didn't have the crispy feeling that I felt the first time, nor did it feel like it was going to burn my mouth because it was piping hot.This time I returned it to the lowest setting. The size is just right and is the same size as rice. It's piping hot again (I got burned) This size is the plague. (7,700 yen including tax) Thank you for the meal.
