昭和生まれのおばあちゃんな私。
実は、来月手術を控えておりまして...
「鰻を食べておかなきゃ!」と、ふるーい考えのもと、四ツ木にある【うなぎ魚政】さんを予約。
こちら、完全予約制のお店で、5年連続で食べログAward BRONZE受賞店。
海外のお客様も数多くご予約・来店されていて、世界に羽ばたく鰻屋さん。

入口を開けたら、予約時間と名前をお伝えし、お席に案内いただく。
私は、と言えばわかりやすく験担ぎ。
特上・坂東太郎の骨煎餅をぽりぽり、わさび醤油でいただく肝とミョウガを頂いて事前オーダーの鰻重を待つ。
事前予約とはいえ、オーダーが入ってから作ってくださるから30分近くはかかる。
鰻は、この肝の大きさである程度の大きさが予想できる( *´艸`)
やがて、運ばれてきたお重の蓋を開けると、フワッとタレのいい香りと炭火焼の香ばしい香り!
香の物付き、肝吸いは別途。
もう、うなぎがキラッキラに光ってる。
びっしり、ご飯が見えない坂東太郎の鰻重。
うなぎに箸をいれ、口に運ぶと、口の中でふわぁっととろける感じ。
あれ?うなぎってこんなにふわとろだっけ!?と思うほど。
タレの加減も絶妙、皮目のところは炭火で香ばしく、これまた良い!
山椒はお席に備え付けのを使用。
夢中で食べ終える頃にはかなりの満腹。
結構なボリュームなのだ★
