Up until now, we have been accepting reservations over the phone, but during business hours, priority is given to customers visiting the store, so it is difficult to answer the phone, and calls for reservations are so concentrated that we often cannot get through. My long-cherished wish came true and I came to Uomasa for the first time. Reservations are required and you have to order the menu in advance, which was quite a hurdle. The wild eel was reasonably priced, so I ordered the domestic brand eel special for 7,700 yen and the shirayaki. When I went there, it was fully booked and there were people from China as well. First, bone Senbei (rice crackers) /liver were served as a side dish, followed by shirayaki, which was fluffy and delicious. There was also a way to eat the liver with salt, but this was better than wasabi and soy sauce. The actual unagiju was just as fluffy, and it's no exaggeration to say that it was the best tasting eel I've ever eaten. Although it was the least amount of eel, it was enough to fill you up. There were autographs of famous people near the exit, and an eel vending machine at the exit. Even though it's located in Yotsugi, it's not unusual for it to have over 4 points on Tabelog. I'm impressed!
