亀有に来ています。
最近親子丼にハマっていてこちらをチョイス。
下町の商店街にあると思えない上品な店構えと店内で居心地は抜群のお店です。
親子丼注文するはずがオカンが親子丼が良いと言うので
私は、焼とりそぼろまぶし飯
オカンは、軍鶏親子丼を注文。
焼とりそぼろまぶし飯は、ご飯の上に鶏そぼろ焼き鳥(ねぎま、ししとう)が乗っていて、薬味(きざみ海苔、三葉、わさび)とお出汁、すくい豆腐、お新香がついています。
軍鶏親子丼は、お味噌汁、すくい豆腐、お新香がついています。
焼とりそぼろ飯の焼き鳥は、身がブリブリだけど歯切れが良く旨味があってウマウマ～♥️皮目もカリカリ香ばしく焼き上げられてて美味しい✨ 個別に焼き鳥だけ注文してみたいと思いました。
鶏そぼろは甘辛く仕上げてあり私には味が濃くご飯にも染みていてちょいきつい仕上がり。途中からのお出汁でのお茶漬けを考えての味付けだと思われますが…卵黄など卵があればちょうど良かったかもしれません。
半分ご飯を食べたところで薬味とお出汁投入。
お出汁は鰹節の香りが効いていて(≧∇≦)b
しかし、鶏そぼろの味の濃さが際立ってしまい出汁が死んでしまったイメージ。わさびと三葉の爽やかさが助けてくれて食べきることが出来ました。
親子丼は、そぼろ飯と違って優しい味わい甘味も塩味も抑えられてて卵と軍鶏肉の味が際立ってウマウマ～♥️
やっぱり私も親子丼にすれば良かったと後悔。そぼろ飯も焼き鳥は最高だったしそれなりに美味しかったけどう～む。。
ちなみにすくい豆腐は、塩で食べるごくごく普通のお豆腐でした。
