A dumpling shop on the approach to Shibamata. It's only open on weekends. The dumplings may be sold out, so you can call ahead to check stock and make a reservation! That's what I heard, so I made a reservation over the phone. I bought: ⚪︎ Single serving size (4 pieces) 280 yen The grass dumplings were sticky and chewy and a little firm. The mugwort had a rich, strong fragrance and a green, bitter taste in a good way. The dumplings were topped with bean paste. The bean paste was light and moist with a refined sweetness. 70 yen per piece is cheap! It may be better to make a reservation as they may be sold out.
