A downtown dumpling shop that has been in business for three generations♪
Our Kusadango are made with a lot of mugwort, giving them a deep color. They are topped with a homemade, slightly sweet red bean paste. They are additive-free, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind |
I went here to get some Japanese Japanese Confectionery to go with my tea. It's located a little way down the road to Taishakuten. There are several shops that sell Japanese Confectionery from the top 100, so I bought some from all of them to compare the taste. I bought some Kusamochi with brown sugar syrup and kinako. I went home and tried them with my tea. Hmm. Just an ordinary taste. It had a strong herbaceous taste, so I increased the amount of kinako and brown sugar syrup, but it was still herbaceous. Personally, it's not my favorite type of sweet. But it's a popular shop. It might be good for people who like this kind of thing.
