亀有の(広島)お好み焼き百名店
土曜日開店前に着
予約なしで入店したが時間制限で入れてもらえた
その後の飛び込み客は一切受け入れなし
予約でいっぱいだったようだ
関東だと広島お好み焼きの店ってけっこう珍しいかも
カウンター席のみ
目の前には鉄板が
当然店員さんが焼き上げてくれる
注文は
・そば入り(1000円)
・おこたろう名物焼(1480円)
・牛スジポン酢(530円)
・がんす(380円)
じっくりと焼き上げるため1枚焼き上げるのに当然時間がかかる
そばに卵に生地にキャベツに
何層にも重ねられているのでボリューム大
この店のは特にそばがこんがりパリパリで良かった
味は薄めだから追いソース必須
当然おたふくソース
名物焼きの方はハラペーニョにネギと変わり種
ハラペーニョが辛いながらも酢漬けになっていてアクセントとして良かった
牛スジポン酢はアキレス腱のスジのみを使っているらしい
器をみたら透明一色
最初は大根やらこんにゃくで誤魔化しているのかと思ったら本当にスジのみ
ザクザク食感で実に美味
もはや箸休めとして大根が欲しいくらい
たまには広島風も良い
