遂に1次会のお店に辿り着くのでした。
まさかこんなに煤けた外観とは思いませんでした（爆）
入店するとコの字型のカウンターだけ！間違いなく広島スタイルですっ！
先ずは、メインのお好み焼の注文を済ませてから、のんびりツマミを考えましょう。
ガンス、ピリ辛ホルモン焼きと悪くないです。
焼き方を見ていると特徴的な事が2つ。
1,生地の形が楕円形＞店主の修行先のスタイルだったそうです。広島にそんな店あったかなぁ、、、
2,卵は半熟焼きで、しかもほぼ全て双子卵＞若い雌鳥だけを選ぶと双子卵が多いそうです。
半熟焼きのお好み焼きなんて初めてでしたが、キャベツや他の具材とよく絡み何とも言えない味わいになります。また、辛口ソースも選べるので、変更されることをお勧めします。
予約無しでは席が取れないお好み焼き屋とはどんなものかと思いましたが、噂に違わぬ名店でした。
