亀有の歴史あるお蕎麦屋さんを発見❗その店は大型商業施設の近くにありました。
表にも表示があった「玉丼セット」をもり蕎麦でお願いしました❗
お蕎麦は冷たくってよく締まっています。歯応えもあり美味しいお蕎麦です。
ちょっとお蕎麦が長すぎてお箸ひとつまみでかなりの量が一緒についてくるので、結構な量を一回で頬張ってしまわないといけないのがちょっと難点。
単なる街のお蕎麦屋さんと思っていたら、美味しいお蕎麦を打っていらっしゃる本格派のお蕎麦にビックリでした。
玉子丼は標準的かな❗卵に熱が入りすぎだしかまぼこが何とも不思議。九州出身者にはちょっと辛すぎました❗
でも蕎麦の旨さには驚きました。さすが昭和十三年から営業していらっしゃる老舗の味でした。
