蕎麦が食べたくなって未訪問店を色々探しておりました。
夜でもしっかり営業している手打ち蕎麦屋は意外に少ない。
夜営業していても、20:00くらいに閉店してしまう店も結構多いんですね。
こちらのお店は何と21:30ラストオーダー22:00閉店ですからとても使い勝手が良さそうです。
週末の夜に入店すると意外に空いている。
と言っても既に20:30過ぎでしたのでピークを越えたんでしょうか。

蕎麦は自家製粉で全て手打ち。そば粉も群馬・北海道を主に国産使用だそうです。そば自体は凄い！って事は無いですが、しっかりとした手打ちでかなり盛りが良い。ツユはちょっと薄目で私の好みでないですが。何より多彩なそば前がかなり魅力的ですね。柿の白和えは季節を感じる良い一皿。思ったよりも量が多い！おまかせ刺身盛りはそれなりの素材ですが、1480円にしては結構な量ですよ。更にデザートのラ・フランスシャーベットは320円にしてはかなり美味しいですね。これも手作りだと思うのですが、ラ・フランスを沢山使っている感じ。そばアイスも美味しいし、結果的に全部美味しかったです。ここは良いですね。もっと評価されても良いお店だと思いました。再訪しますよ～♪
