昭和41年創業、風格ある店構え、コノ字カウンター、卓上のガスロースターで思い思いに豚のホルモンを焼き、焼酎ハイボールで流し込む。高度成長気の勢いのある昭和の日本を彷彿させる味わいのある店舗。
女将さんと女性スタッフで切り盛りする店舗は土曜日も17時の開店と同時にお客さんで一杯に。
ピリッと辣油で赤く染まった牛スジ煮込みにタン、カシラは塩、アバラはタレでオーダーする。火力の強い網の外側で表裏を焼いたら中程の遠火でじっくりと芯まで火を入れる。豚ホルモンがこんなに美味かったとは改めて認識させてくれる価値ある店だ。言わずもながだが焼酎ハイボールが良く合う。
追加でミノ塩とアバラタレを追加してサクッとお会計。いやーこの日も懐かしの昭和体験楽しめました。リピート間違いなし。ご馳走さまでした。
