亀有！日高屋！大宮坦々麺(激辛)！
亀有には、北口に1店舗、南口に1店舗の計2店舗の日高屋がありますが、本日は、亀有北口に仕事終わりに訪問。まずは「ビール 290円」で喉を潤し「大宮坦々麺＋餃子 860円」を注文。大宮坦々麺、辛くできるということで激辛で注文。
運ばれてくるなり、ラーメンの上になんかのってる。豆板醤に甘さを加えたようなオリジナルソースがドーンとのっています。混ぜてくれてもいいよなぁ... ちょっと舐めてみたら、あまり辛くないですね... まずは、よく混ぜ混ぜ。そうすると、一気にスープの粘土が上がりドロドロ。思ったよりはスープ美味しい。しかし、麺は安い中華麺的な感じで、このスープには合わないですね...
チェーン店のラーメン屋なので... 仕事帰りに、サクッとピールが安く飲めて、それなり美味しけばいいかなぁーといった感じですかね。

仕事終わりに夕飯がてら訪問。ちょっと肌寒いけど、さっぱりしていいかなと思い、今年初の冷やし中華。「黒酢しょうゆ冷し麺」となっているが、あまり黒酢を使ってるという感じはしない。しかし、値段のわりには、麺、具材ともポリュームもあり、思いの外、満足度は高い。これに餃子が付き（小さくなったなぁ...)、ビールを追加しても1230円でした。
