After eating some delicious Sushi, one serving wasn't enough for me and my appetite increased, so I decided to go to a nearby yakiniku restaurant.Since this was my second Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, I decided to have lunch at a chain restaurant for a cheaper price. Once your appetite starts to rise, no one can stop it, even if it's your second visit, other than self-control! I ended up with a large serving of meat.As expected, a large serving of short ribs might be heavy, so I chose skirt steak.Charcoal-filled shichirin was set first, and then it was served immediately! Now, as for the taste... The composition is rice, soup, salad, pickles, and main dish.The soup was wakame soup, and the pickles were kimchi.It seems like you can have unlimited refills of the rice, soup, and pickles.A large serving of meat is 160g for me. It wasn't a large serving, so I ate it in one go. I thought the skirt steak at a chain restaurant would be more muscular and hard, but I was surprised that it was very soft and easy to eat. There were four types: Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce, grated ponzu sauce, hormone miso sauce, and lemon sauce.Among them, I ate using Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce and hormone miso sauce.Neither of them are spicy, so if you want spiciness, you can add the spicy miso on the table. That's fine. Since it's charcoal-fired, it sizzles gradually, so I was able to eat it consistently without burning it, and it was always delicious.However, if you want your food to be crispy, it may take a long time and may not be suitable for you. The meat was more delicious than I expected, but whether it had a memorable taste is another story.Paypay was accepted.
