某平日。
学生時代の地元の友人と飲みましょうということで、、、
その日選んだお店は「幸の鶏」です。
亀有駅南口の商店街 ゆうろーどの中、屋根のある通りにお店を構えております。
外にメニューが置かれていたので、吟味してから利用してみることに。
新規開拓では、外にある情報は有り難い限りですね。
店内はかなりこじんまりしていて、暖色の薄暗めで、おとなし目の雰囲気。
カウンター席が5つほど、テーブル席も3つくらいというキャパなので、、、
煩くしようがないという表現の方がピッタリか。
そんでもって、壁にかかった棚には、焼酎や日本酒がズラリと並んでおります。
“お酒”が好きな人にはたまらないでしょうね。
今回注文したのは「合鴨スモークの炙り レモンソースがけ」580円、「焼鳥盛合せ」700円、「鶏皮ギョーザ」580円、「フォアグラとつくねのソテー」980円です。
「合鴨スモークの炙り レモンソースがけ」580円は、炙り加減と塩コショウの塩梅が絶妙で、歯応えよし、味もナイスな仕上がり。
引き締め役のレモンもいいですね。
「焼鳥盛合せ」700円は、どれも歯切れがよくて良質なお肉なのでしょう。レバーが特に気に入りました。
「鶏皮ギョーザ」580円は、餃子らしい肉汁味がありつつ(にんにくもかな？)、ちゃんと鶏が活かされています。お酒のみには、コレ、おすすめ。
調子に乗って頼んだ「フォアグラとつくねのソテー」980円。まったりとまろやかな味のフォアグラが味わえます。つくねは対比として敢えてコリコリ食感にしているのでしょう。
気の利いた料理、お酒が頂けると考えたら、CPは良い感じですね。
ひそやかに美味しく飲み食いしたい時に重宝しそうです。
