どうしても水炊きが食べたくて探した
亀有駅から徒歩3分ほどの
商店街の中にあるこのお店
店内はカウンターとテーブル席が3つほど
かなり狭い店内ですが
何故か落ち着く雰囲気
念願の水炊きと茹でアスパラのサラダ
気になっていた炙り鶏レバーを注文
お通しも蒸し鶏と鶏ずくしでした
炙り鶏レバーはお塩で食べるのですが
かなり美味しかったです
臭みもないし量も丁度いい
そしてお目当ての水炊きは
ポン酢をかけなくても鶏の出汁が
スープに染み出していて
とっても美味しかったです
ポン酢をかけたり七味をかけたり
味を変えながら楽しめます
大満足でした！
また行きたいと思います
