昭和雰囲気のファサードだが
店内は綺麗な感じ
注文後、目の前で仕込むのでどれも新鮮
どれも美味かった
特にセンマイ刺し、タン塩、角切赤身
角切赤身 すごく柔らかくてトングで持ち上げたら
切れそうなくらい笑
あと接客が下町感というより山の手感で良かった
小まめな網や取り皿交換
お肉もハーフで提供してくれたり…
またすぐに行きたい
家の近くだったら
石田週一クラス
ちなみにお店の周辺にも名店有り
楽しい街だった
