亀有駅北口から徒歩約1分。
ビルの2階にある最強焼肉カスミさんにお邪魔しました。
実はずっと気になっていたカスミさん。
亀有はラーメン激戦区なのですが、何気に焼肉屋さんも多いんですよね…
今回のオーダーは

まずはお店イチオシの
奇跡！！8秒ロースを(๑>◡<๑)
和牛A 5ランクのロースを片面4秒ずつ焼いて
卵の黄身をつけていただきます☆
（個人的にほんとのレアは苦手なので倍ほど焼きました´д` ;）
倍で焼いてもとろける美味しさは健在☆
何枚でも食べられる〜♪
牛トロ握りはシャリの具合も絶妙で
口に入れるとほろりと解けて無口になるマジック…☆
牛タン3種盛、厚切りも薄切りもタン芯も食べ応えがあって
タン好きな娘が大歓喜♪
しっかり目に火を通しても固くならずに美味しくいただけました！
個人的に1番だったのは
芝浦ハラミ☆
しっかり厚みがあるのにすごく柔らかい〜！
上質なお肉です！
ずっとこれと8秒ロースでもいいくらいw
ホルモン系もどれも美味しく、冷麺もツルツルさっぱり食べやすかったです♪
お肉のレベルはどれも非常に高く、お値段的にもお肉的にも亀有エリアとしては高級店の部類に入ると思うのですが…
お忙しいとは思いますが、席についてから最初のドリンクオーダーを聞きに来られるまで10分程も待ち、
その後もコールボタンを何度押してもなかなか来られず、その間何も声かけも無かったのは改善していただけると嬉しいです。
せっかくの上質なお肉ですが、楽しむためのアルコールの種類が寂しかったのも気になりました。
チェーンの居酒屋さんの様な品揃えです。
お肉の質は確かですので、接客共に気持ちよく味わえるようになれば所謂「通いたくなるお店」になるのかなぁと思いました。
今後に期待したいです。
