ピザは、耳が厚めでカリッとしていますが、ふんわりした軽さで非常に食欲が進みます。チーズ系ピザはチーズの塩味がらきき生ハムのパンチ力が合わさり、口に入れた時の幸福感が良きです。
パスタは自家製生パスタでちょい太めですが、不思議な食感が食欲をそそります。ニョッキ的な味わいですがパスタです。また行きたいと思いました。
