11時35分くらいに予約なしで来店。ちょうど案内され、席に座れましたが、その後すぐに満席。予約して行った方が良さそうです。
一番人気の飲茶セットメニューを注文。
前菜の檸檬クラゲ、さっぱりしていて食欲増進。よだれ鶏もいつも通り美味しい。タレは次の点心に残しておきます。
蒸した点心、揚げたの、焼いたのと続きますが、１番美味しかったのはピロシキ。ごま団子のようなモチモチした生地に、外はカリカリで甘い香り。想像と全く違いました。
ラクサヌードルも海老の香りがして、辛すぎずちょうど良い。
マンゴープリンと一緒に、温かいお茶もポットで追加して頂きのんびりデザートタイム。
ご馳走さまでした。次はデザート、杏仁豆腐にしようかな。
