亀有駅から徒歩7分くらいにある中華料理店です。
店内はカウンター席と個室がありこんじんまりしてます。カジュアルな雰囲気。
6000円のコースもありましたがアラカルトで頂きました。
頂いたのは
◯前菜盛り合わせ 1280円
クラゲの檸檬和え、赤海老の紹興酒漬け、大山鶏使用よだれ鶏、大根の醤油漬け、白身魚の刺身。
◯春巻き（1本） 750円
皮はパリパリで油っこくないです。中には雲丹と豆乳のクリーミーな特製餡が入ってます。
◯手羽先の揚げ物（4本） 980円
表面パリッと。エビ味噌を使っていてエビの旨味と香ばしさが。手羽先はジューシーで手が止まらない美味しさ。
◯スペアリブの紹興酒煮 数種の蒸し野菜 1280円
箸で切れるほどやわらかく煮込まれていて脂が甘くとろんと。梅の砂糖漬け入りのソースは甘酸っぱくてスペアリブと相性抜群。
◯麻婆豆腐 1200円
木綿豆腐はプルンプルンで香味辣油の辛みとコクのある味でご飯がすすみます！
何を頂いても美味しくてコスパも良いと思います。
アラカルトでも色々食べれるのが嬉しい。
ワンオペですが手際も良く心地よく食事出来ました。
