丁寧な仕上りでとても柔らかい鶏を堪能
亀有駅。
本日の注文
・よだれ鶏 1300円
程なくして着膳。
これは美味しい！
甘＆酸が強めで辛は少ない。
鶏は臭味なく旨味はあるが嫌味無し。
とても柔らかく口当たり最高！
鶏の下敷には湯葉を使用されていて、タレとの馴染み方がハンパない。
湯葉に負けない鶏の柔らかさに感動！
付け合せの小鉢三点と卵スープがまた最高。
あまりに美味しくて久しぶりにご飯をお代りしてしまいました♪
ランチは土日は激混みらしいです。
平日も12時台は厳しそうですが、13時台は入りやすくなるかもしれません。
麻婆豆腐も美味しそうだったなぁ〜。
また近い内に♪

亀有のアリオで映画鑑賞の後に訪問。
ランチがとても美味しかったので予約しました。
ちなみに映画は実写版ゴールデンカムイでした。
