JR常磐線亀有駅南口より徒歩約5分、環七通り沿いにあるお店「タイ料理 URAIWAN」。
2月上旬のランチタイムに初めて訪れました。
こちら今週Newオープンしたばかりのお店です。なので店頭にも店内にも沢山の開店祝いの
お花が飾られていました (^-^)
Newオープンというのとオープン記念価格でランチを提供されているからか店内結構混んでました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席が20席くらいの広さです。私はカウンター席へと着座しました。
お店はタイ人男性と女性お2人で切り盛りされているようでしたが、お店の奥に厨房が
あるのかも知れません。
卓上のランチメニューを拝見、
ランチメニューはタイ風カレー、ヌードル、一皿飯など全4種。
その中からこの日は
「パッタイ」(550円税込)
※サラダ、スープ、デザート付
をオーダーしました。
先ずはサラダ、スープ、タピオカ入りココナッツミルクが直ぐに出てきましたが、
混んでいて焦りまくりなのか、箸もフォークも出て来ずでした (^-^;
その後待つ事しばし、パッタイが上がりました。
「パッタイ」とはタイ風焼きそばです。
麺は平たい米麺。具にはもやし、炒り玉子、桜海老、ネギ、厚揚げ、刻みピーナッツなど。
別添えのカットレモンをギュッと搾り、早速いただいてみました♪
麺はモチモチな食感で美味しいです (^^)
お味はやや甘め、辛い味が好きな自分はタイ料理店お馴染みの卓上4種の調味料で辛さを
足したいところでしたが、こちらのお店は調味料は置いてありませんでした。
もやし、桜海老、刻みピーナッツのシャキッとかコリコリッとした歯応えが楽しかったです♪
程なく完食しました。
