先月オープンした沖縄×焼肉が楽しめる「焼肉ホルモン ちゅらロース」へお邪魔しました。
こちらのお店は、15時〜18時限定でせんべろセットがあり、「ドリンク3杯＋ホルモンまたはおつまみ 1000円」の看板に惹かれ訪問です。
せんべろセットは、オリオンビールは最初の1杯だけですが、42種類ある泡盛も対象という事でお得感ありますね。ロック、水割り、ソーダ割り、お湯割りなど、ようような飲む方に対応してくれのは嬉しいです。
せんべろセットのおつまみは、ホルモンを選択。量的には少し少ないものの、いろんな部位が楽しめるるミックスホルモン。レバー、せせり、ハチノス、トントロなどが入っており、その時々によって変わるようです。
そしてお酒は、まずは1杯目、オリオンビール(中ジョッキ)。キンキンに冷えていてウマい。2杯目は泡盛ソーダ割り(14番 瑞泉 青龍)。スッキリとしたら飲み口でゴクゴクいけるやつですね。3杯目は、泡盛ロック(9番 かびら) 少し泡盛感薄いですが飲みやすいです。
追加で牛タン全部盛り(上、並、タンカルビ、タン赤身)を注文しましたが、いろいろな感じの牛たんが楽しめます。今回はサク飲み利用でしたが、他にも、琉球和牛、アグー豚なども頂けるようです。
オープンして1か月なので... まだまだバイトのオペレーションがいまひとつといった感じ。最初のビールがぜんぜん出てこない... 催促してやっと
また、2階席に通されたので、バイトの着替え部屋のすぐ脇で、手持ちぶたさに立っていたり、会計の際に、何番テーブルですかと逆に聞かれ... テーブル番号書いてなかったし、お客さんに聞いてもわからんだろう... かなり不慣れな感じです。今後のオペレーション改善に期待します。
