店主の地元である宮崎県の地鶏「みやざき地頭鶏」を使用！みやざき地頭鶏は歯応えがあるのに柔らかく、ジューシーな肉質と噛めば噛むほど深い味わいでうま味がたっぷりウマーベラス！！！
ストップ制で、鳥と野菜など18品がマックスらしいのですが、腹パンパンで途中でストップ！鶏そぼろと鳥スープも美味！
